The Project Report served as the central hub for any given project. It surfaced the timeline, milestones, team members, visual previews, and comments in a single view — so a project manager could see the full state of a tradeshow graphics project without switching tools or chasing emails.

The layout was designed around quick scanning: milestone status at the top, visual preview in the centre, team and comments below. Everything a reviewer needed to act was on one page.

The template viewer functioned as both an editor and a review tool. Designers could preview graphics at multiple fidelities, while reviewers could leave comments tied to specific areas of the asset. Layers were individually toggleable, so text, images, and background elements could be reviewed and approved independently.

The approval workflow tracked each team member's sign-off status — making it visible at a glance whether an asset was still pending review, had comments to address, or was fully approved.

The milestone system gave teams a timeline-driven view of every deliverable across a project. Forthcoming milestones showed what was due and when, with expandable detail panels revealing the current state of each item — images, comments, approval status, and the responsible team member.

Past milestones shifted to a muted visual treatment, keeping the focus on what still needed attention while preserving a complete audit trail of what had already been approved and by whom.
