Brilliant UK's client review process ran on emails and phone calls. Clients had no central place to see where their project stood, review deliverables, or sign off creatives — and the agency had no structured way to keep clients involved without chasing them.
I designed CVA: an online tool that gave clients a visual, deliverable-centred view of their project, and gave the agency a structured sign-off process in place of scattered communications.
Clients could follow every step and sign off with confidence
The client-facing interface gave a complete view of the project: milestone calendar, deliverable status, raised issues, and next actions — all in one panel. Clients could review creatives, leave notes, and sign off phases without needing to be walked through the process by the agency.
The interface was built in Flash to maximise the visual appeal and interactivity, while keeping interaction to simple clicks and linear steps.
The agency managed projects from a single admin interface
The administrator side mirrored the client view but added project management controls: creating milestones, uploading deliverables, managing issues, and tracking sign-off status across all active projects.
Both interfaces shared the same deliverable-centred structure, so the agency and the client were always looking at the same thing from their respective sides.
