I hired Victor to work on Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility’s platform as an interaction designer. What I ended up with was not only an interaction designer but also someone with visual design and user research experience, too. Lucky me! Victor’s blend of technical know-how and creative user experience design skills made him a valuable team member. Victor also had the ability to work through complex scenarios, consider all options and caveats and produce the right recommendations for the best user experience. His nature is to be empathic so truly understood client/customer needs, then had the ability to translate that into a great user interface. Victor was a real pleasure to have on my team.
