Homegoods – Research Results

We started the design process with a thorough contextual inquiry research that took us to Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. We spent hours with prospect customers learning about the way they approached home decor, home projects, shopping and home leisure time.

This research gave us many insights into who we were targeting on each section of the site, and what these personas wanted to achieve, and how Homegoods could help them achieve the home they wanted within the budget they preferred.
