Creation of a mobile support app for the Ericsson global mobile salesforce, including tools that will support their work across the globe.

I helped define a flexible and robust platform with a simple, easily-understandable interface that integrated more than 10 existing platforms and services. The design accomplished the following goals:

  • Create a central tool with a simple interface, easy to use at home and while traveling anywhere in the world
  • Robustly scale by easily adding functionality and other growing services
  • Integrate different tools and sites with different technologies and platforms in a simple, add-on, manner
  • Be easy to use, useful to have and provide a great experience
